Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We provide refund and accept the returns strictly in the following situations:

Damaged/Defected Items: We only provide exchange if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you noticed that the food packaging has been tampered and the food items become unsafe to consume. We will be happy to provide you an exchange for any affected item, or any item that has been damaged in transit. Please note that re-delivery is subject to stock availability and delivery schedule.

Incorrect Items: If we have sent you an incorrect item or missed an item from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.  We will issue you with a refund.  Please note that refund take up to 15 business days to be credited back to the card.

Expired/Overdue Items: We do not deliver product that has less than a month shelf life. However, in an event where you receive expired/overdue items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide a full refund. Please note that refund take up to 15 business days to be credited back to the card.

Out of Stocks & Swaps: We will always notify you beforehand if there are out of stock items in your order. We are happy to provide refund or offer swaps of product at your choices.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
