Taiwanese Sticky Rice (You Fan)

Taiwanese sticky rice, known as “You Fan” (油飯）is a savoury blend of shrimp, cuttlefish, mushrooms, and sesame oil. A box of Taiwanese Sticky Rice includes 2 individual packets of rice at 140g each. Preparation methods include microwave, stove top or steam pot. Microwave 2 minutes, boil unopened pouch for 10 minutes or steam for 15 minutes.
